Joining the waiting list is free. It doesn’t start a subscription or reserve a paid service.

These terms apply to the SARTREL website and waiting list, operated by Sartrel Studio AG, Zürich, Switzerland. Effective 2 November 2026.

The waiting list

Join if you’re 18 or over. Use an email address that belongs to you. We’ll send an invitation when we can offer the service in your country. Joining doesn’t guarantee an invitation date, a particular stylist, a brand or an item.

The membership

We plan to offer a human personal stylist, three outfit ideas each week, one included three-garment outfit per month and 10% off eligible full-price extras. Included outfits will come from the membership collection. Shoes, bags and premium outerwear are extra unless expressly included.

The planned monthly price is £179, including UK VAT, or about US$240 at an indicative exchange rate. The USD figure is a guide, not a US checkout price. Final local prices, taxes, delivery areas, returns and membership terms will be shown before you pay. No payment is taken through this waiting-list website.

Prices in two currencies

The approximate USD equivalent uses the European Central Bank reference rates for 30 October 2026: EUR/USD 1.1172 and EUR/GBP 0.83380. This gives approximately US$1.34 per £1. Exchange rates change. Your bank may use a different rate.

Your use of this website

Please don’t misuse the forms, submit someone else’s details or try to access private records. The SARTREL name, design, photography and site content belong to us or are used with permission. You may browse and share links for personal use.

Your rights

Nothing here limits any consumer rights that apply where you live. We may update these terms as the service develops. For questions or to leave the waiting list, contact us through the contact page.
