We use your details to manage the waiting list and tell you when SARTREL is available to you.

This notice applies to the SARTREL waiting list, operated by Sartrel Studio AG, Zürich, Switzerland. It takes effect on 2 November 2026.

What we collect

Your email address and country. You can also tell us how you describe yourself, but you don’t have to. We record your permission to receive launch emails and when you joined. Contact messages include the details you choose to send.

What we use it for

We use your email to send launch invitations and essential updates about your place on the list. Your country helps us plan where to open. Optional identity information helps us understand who is interested. It doesn’t limit which clothes you can explore.

We rely on your consent for launch emails and optional identity information. We use a limited security record to protect the form from abuse. We don’t sell waiting-list details or use them for advertising audiences.

Where your details go

Our website uses Vercel hosting. Waiting-list details and contact messages are stored in a private PostgreSQL database used to operate this service. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Our hosting provider processes it to operate and secure this service. We don’t currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site.

How long we keep them

We keep waiting-list details for up to 24 months from signup, or 12 months after your country launches, whichever comes first. You can ask us to remove them sooner. If we stop the project, we delete the waiting list within 90 days. We clear security counters older than 48 hours when the forms are used.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, withdraw consent, or ask a question through our contact page. We may need to confirm it’s you before changing a record. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

SARTREL doesn’t set advertising cookies. Our hosting service may use essential cookies for access and security. Your form choices aren’t stored in advertising or tracking profiles.
